of Lynnwood is looking for a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to join our growing acquisition team. This position focuses on finding and purchasing quality pre-owned vehicles from customers, private sellers, service clients, and other sources. If you are outgoing, motivated, comfortable negotiating, and have a passion for the automotive business, this is an opportunity to build a career in vehicle acquisition. Responsibilities Source and purchase vehicles from private-party sellers and dealership customers Work with service customers to identify vehicle acquisition opportunities Contact leads through phone calls, text, email, and other channels Appraise vehicles based on condition, market value, demand, and potential profitability Negotiate purchase prices and structure competitive offers Collect vehicle information including VIN, mileage, title status, and condition Coordinate vehicle inspections and purchase paperwork Follow up consistently with potential sellers Maintain accurate acquisition records Work closely with the Acquisition Manager, Used Car Manager, and dealership management Provide every seller with a professional VIP, white-glove experience Help
