Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:

Conduct customer outreach to introduce Quantum Fiber services and generate new sales Guide customers through the fiber enrollment process from start to finish Manage customer accounts and follow through on orders to ensure smooth installation Deliver an outstanding customer experience by answering questions and resolving concerns Build genuine, lasting relationships with every customer you work with Track your personal sales performance and celebrate wins with the team Stay sharp on the latest fiber products, promotions, and offerings

Entry Level Account Manager Requirements:

No prior experience necessary — just a positive attitude and strong work ethic!
