Our client, an industry leader in their field, is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join their team. As an Account Manager, you will be an integral part of the sales and client relations department, supporting various teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service, aligning successfully within the organization.

$70000 - $110000 annually plus commission What's the Job? Manage and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients Monitor account performance and prepare reports to communicate progress and insights Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards What's Needed? Credential requirements include 100037 and 100005 Proven experience in account management or related roles Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving What's in it for me?
