Job Description

Lindsey & Associates, Inc., a leader in Northwest Arkansas real estate, is looking for a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working across digital and print marketing, and able to manage multiple projects and requests in a fast-paced environment. As Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Marketing Director to support company-wide marketing efforts, assist our real estate agents, and help maintain a consistent Lindsey & Associates, Inc. brand across all marketing channels. Responsibilities Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Coordinate day-to-day marketing requests for agents, property listings, company initiatives, events, and community outreach. Create engaging digital and print marketing materials, including social media graphics, advertisements, flyers, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Write and edit marketing copy for property promotions, social media, advertisements, emails, websites, and company communications. Schedule, publish, and monitor content across company social media platforms. Support agents with marketing materials, profiles, websites, digital tools, and promotional requests. Assist with email marketing, digital advertising, website updates, and other marketing platforms. Assist with photo, video, and graphic content creation as needed. Maintain organized marketing materials, templates, photography, logos, and other department resources. Coordinate project details with publications, printers, photographers, and other outside vendors. Maintain brand consistency, accuracy, and real estate advertising compliance across marketing materials. Effectively prioritize multiple projects, deadlines, and time-sensitive requests. Collaborate with the Marketing Director and marketing team on campaigns, creative ideas, and department initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Business, or a related field required. Previous marketing, communications, advertising, social media, graphic design, or related professional experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and major social media platforms. Experience with email marketing, digital advertising, or content management platforms is a plus. Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Ads is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to communicate effectively with team members, real estate agents, leadership, vendors, and external partners. Ability to learn new software and marketing tools quickly.
