Position:

We are looking for dependable, hardworking, and energetic Delivery & Event Crew Members to join our team! This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to bring events and celebrations to life. Our crew is responsible for delivering, loading, unloading, setting up, and breaking down event rental equipment at weddings, parties, corporate events, and other special occasions. If you enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and don't mind getting your hands dirty, this could be a great fit for you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Load and unload event rental equipment from company vehicles
• Deliver and pick up rental items at event venues and client locations
• Set up tables, chairs and other rental equipment
• Break down and carefully load equipment after events
• Safely transport equipment to and from our warehouse and event locations
• Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Communicate professionally with clients, venues, event planners, and team members
• Keep equipment, vehicles, and work areas clean and organized
• Follow proper lifting, loading, unloading, and safety procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
• Represent our company professionally at every event

Physical Requirements:

This is a physically demanding, active position.

Candidates must be comfortable with:

• Frequently lifting and carrying 50+ pounds
• Loading and unloading heavy equipment
• Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and working on your feet for extended periods
• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Repeatedly moving equipment throughout a shift
• Working in fast-paced event environments

• Must be dependable and willing to work evenings, weekends, and varying event hours
