Arizona Painting Company is hiring a Neighborhood Marketing Coordinator to generate residential painting estimates through canvassing, flyers, yard signs, and community events — and to recruit and lead a canvassing team of your own. This is not a desk job. You'll be in neighborhoods every day, meeting homeowners, building a team, and earning more every time you and your crew produce.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Personally canvas neighborhoods and set estimate appointments Recruit, train, and coach a team of canvassing representatives Coordinate neighborhood campaigns, home shows, HOA and community events Track leads, flyers, signs, and team performance Participate in weekly planning meetings

WEEKLY EXPECTATIONS 30

verified yard signs (10 personal) 3,000 flyers distributed 10 neighborhood-generated estimates (5 personal) An active, recruited canvassing team

HOW YOU'RE PAID

$40,000/year base salary, which includes your first 10 completed estimates each month $50 for every additional personal completed estimate $25 for every team-generated completed estimate $75 for every sold job from your appointments $75 for every sold job generated by your team
