The Opportunity We are hiring a Community & Content Marketing Coordinator to help us build a grassroots, content-driven growth engine. What You Will DoCommunity & Field Marketing Attend and work community events, youth sports camps, and local activations Visit gyms, family-focused businesses, and community hubs Build relationships where our patients already are Represent Modern Sports Medicine in the community Content Creation & Social Media Film short-form video content with physical therapists in clinics Help clinicians feel comfortable and confident on camera Create engaging social posts using tools like ChatGPT for ideation Publish consistent, authentic content across social platforms Build a content library for our website and ads Clinic Coordination Review clinic schedules to identify opportunities for marketing activity Coordinate content shoots during PT downtime Ensure clinics have necessary marketing materials Collaborate with front desk teams to capture reviews and testimonials Pelvic Health Growth Initiatives Support growth of our pelvic health services Engage with mom, postpartum, and family-focused community groups Visit businesses that serve moms and young children Help position our pelvic therapists as trusted local experts Reviews & Testimonials Work with front desk teams to increase online reviews Capture patient video testimonials when appropriate Organize and manage testimonial content for marketing use Travel Regular travel throughout the Phoenix metro area Occasional travel to Tucson Must be comfortable driving to multiple clinic locations and community sites Who This Role Is For This role is a great fit if you: Are early in your career and want real, hands-on experience Are energetic, proactive, and not afraid to talk to people Enjoy being on camera and behind it Prefer action over endless planning Want responsibility and ownership, not micromanagement Are excited by building systems, content, and community presence from scratch This role is not ideal if you: Want a remote or desk-only position Need rigid structure or constant supervision Prefer strategy meetings over execution Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong comfort using a camera or smartphone for video Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) Strong communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Healthcare experience is not required .
