Haven Health Lakeside is a leading skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Admissions and Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us continue to grow and serve our community.

Key Responsibilities:

Admissions Management:

Oversee the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to resident onboarding. Conduct pre-admission assessments, coordinate with healthcare providers, and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.

Marketing and Outreach:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the facility's services. Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and community organizations to generate referrals.

Community Engagement:

Represent the facility at community events, health fairs, and other outreach activities. Provide tours and information sessions for prospective residents and their families.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate records of admissions, discharges, and marketing activities. Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless admission process and high-quality care for residents.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in admissions and marketing, preferably in a healthcare or skilled nursing facility setting is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
