BDC Representative
Job Description
Are you ready for the challenge to join our rapidly growing dealership?! We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional BDC agent to help us grow our already amazing team and maximize opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming sales leads / phone inquiries and set appointments
- Identify potential customers and sales opportunities
- Make cold calls to prospects to generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team (previous customer/data base mining)
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries
- Up sell referral program and monthly (Save The Day Financing AD) existing/previous customers to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM software
- Collaborate with BDC Manager to implement effective sales strategies
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is highly desired
- Bilingual proficiency in English and [second language] is a plus
- Strong phone skills with the ability to engage prospects and generate interest
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer information and track sales activities (preferred not required)
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
