This role combines marketing execution with performance analysis. You'll work across multiple channels, support ongoing digital initiatives, coordinate with internal and external partners, and use marketing data to help determine where efforts are producing results and where improvements can be made. We're looking for someone who is analytical, organized, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership . The right person can balance day-to-day marketing projects with a bigger-picture understanding of how marketing contributes to lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue. Key Responsibilities Coordinate digital marketing projects with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure initiatives stay organized and on schedule. Support website updates, email campaigns, digital content, paid media, and other ongoing marketing initiatives. Research competitors, search behavior, keywords, and market trends to uncover opportunities for increased visibility and growth. Prepare performance reports and organize marketing data into clear information that can be used to support business decisions. Review lead-generation activity and evaluate how prospects move through the customer journey from initial source through conversion. Support organic search initiatives and recommend opportunities to strengthen website visibility and search performance. Evaluate results from paid advertising efforts, including audience performance, messaging, spend, and lead generation. Track and interpret marketing metrics such as conversion rates, acquisition costs, lead volume, website activity, and return on investment. Identify gaps or changes in performance and help determine potential causes and opportunities for improvement. Assist with testing new campaigns, strategies, messaging, and digital initiatives, then evaluate results to determine effectiveness. Research and implement technology, automation, and AI tools that can improve marketing processes and productivity. Maintain awareness of developments in search, digital advertising, marketing technology, and consumer behavior. What You'll Bring Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to interpret information, identify patterns, and develop practical solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities. Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and marketing performance data. Ability to communicate findings and recommendations in a clear, practical way. Self-motivated with strong follow-through and accountability. Comfortable working independently as well as collaborating with others. Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and marketing platforms. An interest in understanding how marketing efforts translate into leads, customers, and revenue. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field preferred. Experience in digital marketing, SEO, marketing analytics, paid media, or a related marketing function preferred. Experience coordinating marketing projects, campaigns, or vendor relationships is a plus. Familiarity with digital marketing performance metrics and reporting.
