You'll play a key role in maintaining the friendly, professional atmosphere that makes Studio Golf Club unique.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting members and guests as they arrive, providing them with a warm, welcoming experience Managing bookings and reservations for simulators, lessons, and events via phone, email, and in-person Processing payments and handling transactions with accuracy and professionalism Answering inquiries about our services, memberships, and programs, providing detailed information about our offerings Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and other common spaces Supporting staff and instructors with scheduling and event coordination when needed Promoting special offers, events, and membership programs to new and existing customers Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction In addition, you will assist with various areas of focus, such as: tournaments, events, marketing, social media, golf technology, merchandising, etc. What will you take ownership of?
