Job Description
Part Time Content & Community Marketing Coordinator The Lab is a premier sports performance and health company serving the Monterey Bay. We provide expert coaching and high-touch services while building a strong, supportive wellness community. We are looking for a creative, organized, and people-forward individual to produce social media content, support our marketing efforts, build community relationships, and coordinate events. The ideal candidate is comfortable filming a workout, editing a Reel, connecting with members, and reaching out to potential community partners.

Part-time Schedule:
3 Days a week with occasional early mornings, evenings, and 1-2 weekends per month Benefits Complimentary Lab membership Additional complimentary membership for one family member Responsibilities Capture photo and video content during classes, training sessions, events, and community activations. Edit short-form videos and create branded content for social media, email, and the website. Develop content ideas, write captions, and complete marketing deliverables on schedule. Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity. Organize and maintain photo, video, and marketing assets. Build relationships with members, coaches, local businesses, schools, teams, and community partners. Plan and coordinate events, including promotion, logistics, execution, and follow-up. Conduct community outreach and support lead-generation and booking efforts. Track content, event, and outreach performance. Assist with the on-site member experience and other projects as needed. Qualifications Experience in content creation, social media, marketing, community engagement, or event coordination. Strong eye for branding, visual storytelling, and social media trends. Experience filming and editing short-form video. Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines. Confident building relationships and representing The Lab in the community. Positive, professional, and enthusiastic about health and wellness. Familiarity with Salesforce, MINDBODY, and Microsoft or Google Workspace is preferred.
