ReniDav Ventures Consulting Inc is a sales and development firm growing our San Diego team, and we're looking for a Customer Enrollment Associate who knows that affordable doesn't have to mean basic. You'll be out at events, connecting with customers and helping them find mobile options that actually work for their lives. As a Customer Enrollment Associate, you'll play a key part in expanding access to budget-friendly mobile plans, think solid network coverage, free cellular data, and accessible smartphones. You won't be thrown in without support: we provide thorough sales training so you know exactly what you're doing and why, setting you up for real, long-term growth in your career. Responsibilities of the Customer Enrollment Associate Connect with customers face-to-face at events and start genuine conversations about mobile solutions for staying connected, safe, and productive. Break down the benefits of dependable coverage, flexible data, and accessible device options in a way that's clear and relatable. Listen to each customer and offer recommendations that fit how they actually use their phone, what matters to them, and what works for their budget. Walk customers through sign-ups in a way that feels simple, personal, and completely pressure-free. Follow up with customers in a helpful, supportive way that answers their questions and keeps things moving naturally. Show up at events ready to deliver, hitting strong results through honest conversations and real customer connections. Qualifications of the Customer Enrollment Associate A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Any background in sales or customer service is a plus but a genuine interest in people matters most. Great interpersonal skills that help build trust and lasting customer relationships. A professional, approachable presence that represents the brand well at events. Curiosity and willingness to learn about the latest devices and affordable mobile options.

Pay:

$950.00 - $1,350.00 per week
