Hedge Realty is looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. We're looking for someone who is passionate about marketing, design, real estate, and the communities we serve. The ideal candidate has previous experience in marketing, with real estate experience being a strong plus. This person will play an important role in helping bring the Hedge Realty brand to life across our digital platforms, marketing materials, social media, and community presence. What You'll Do Coordinate and execute day-to-day marketing initiatives for Hedge Realty and our agents. Create engaging and visually compelling marketing materials using Canva. Develop and manage social media content across relevant platforms. Assist with content planning, scheduling, and maintaining a consistent social media presence. Write and edit compelling copy for social media, email campaigns, property marketing, newsletters, and other marketing materials. Help coordinate property marketing, including listing launches, photography, digital materials, and promotional campaigns. Assist with maintaining marketing calendars, databases, files, and digital assets. Use Google Workspace/Google Suite to organize information, collaborate with the team, and manage marketing projects. Help ensure all marketing materials are accurate, polished, on-brand, and delivered on time. Support community-focused marketing initiatives and help showcase the neighborhoods and communities we serve. Stay current on social media trends, design trends, and effective marketing strategies. What We're Looking For Previous experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. Real estate marketing or industry experience is a plus. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Canva and a strong eye for design and visual storytelling. Comfortable using Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Gmail. Experience managing and creating content for social media platforms. Strong copywriting and editing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality. Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive. A creative thinker who enjoys bringing new ideas to the table. Genuine interest in real estate, design, and the local communities we serve.
