Part-Time Venue Representative (Events + Sales Focus) - Growth Opportunity We're a modern, high-demand event venue seeking a reliable, personable, and detail-oriented Venue Representative to join our team on a part-time contract basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in the event industry and thrives in a mix of client-facing sales and behind-the-scenes operations.

Responsibilities:

Lead venue tours for prospective clients (weddings, workshops, corporate events, etc.) Assist with light cleaning, resetting spaces, and maintaining overall venue presentation Restock supplies and support day-to-day venue and rental upkeep Basic kitchen/prep area maintenance Assist with event prep and occasional day-of support Help create a welcoming and professional experience for all clients and vendors

Ideal Candidate:

Friendly, confident, and professional communicator Comfortable with sales conversations and closing bookings Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Organized, proactive, and able to work independently Open and flexible availability (including some evenings/weekends) Prior experience in events, hospitality, or customer service preferred Bonus (but not required): Event coordination or wedding industry experience Sales or client management background
