We are looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to support brand messaging and audience engagement initiatives in San Francisco, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating compelling content, managing digital outreach, and helping execute multi-channel communication strategies. The role will contribute to email marketing, social media activity, and written communications that strengthen visibility and connect with target audiences.

Responsibilities:

Develop and coordinate email marketing initiatives, including content drafting, scheduling, and performance tracking. Create written materials that align with brand voice across digital and marketing communication channels. Manage day-to-day social media content planning, posting, and audience engagement activities. Partner with internal stakeholders to support campaigns that promote programs, services, or brand awareness. Use HubSpot to organize marketing workflows, maintain campaign assets, and monitor communication efforts. Edit and refine copy for clarity, consistency, and effectiveness across outreach materials. Track campaign results and provide insights to improve future marketing communications. Help maintain an organized content calendar to ensure timely delivery of communication initiatives. Experience supporting email campaigns and digital marketing communication activities. Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to produce clear, audience-focused copy. Hands-on experience creating and managing social media content for business or organizational use. Familiarity with HubSpot for campaign coordination, content distribution, or reporting. Ability to manage multiple communication projects while meeting deadlines. Understanding of brand consistency and best practices for written marketing materials. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
