• Prospect, pitch, and onboard restaurant partners through cold calling, email campaigns, and outbound sales efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and onboarding targets.
• Partner with Operations and Account Management teams to ensure smooth merchant activation and launch.
• Manage and track sales activities, pipeline, and merchant data within Salesforce CRM.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Uber Eats, effectively communicating platform benefits and value propositions.
• Identify opportunities to improve merchant acquisition and operational processes.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on sales performance and market feedback. Candidates for Restaurant Partnerships Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• 1+ year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Operations, Account Management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM for pipeline and customer management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Operations, Account Management, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM and sales reporting.
• Experience in food delivery, hospitality, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms.
• Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and merchant acquisition.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Pay Details:
