Job Description:
Marketing Assistant Position Overview The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing, sales, and real estate teams with day-to-day marketing activities, property promotion, events, digital content, and administrative coordination. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced real estate and development environment. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Property Promotion Assist with marketing new construction homes, townhomes, condos, and homesites. Prepare and update property marketing materials, flyers, brochures, pricing sheets, and presentations. Coordinate photography, video, virtual tours, floor plans, signage, and other property marketing assets. Ensure property information, pricing, photos, and availability are accurate across websites, MLS, and marketing platforms. Help develop compelling property descriptions and promotional content. Maintain organized digital files for listings, photography, floor plans, contracts, and marketing materials. Social Media & Digital Marketing Assist with creating and scheduling social media content for properties, events, community updates, and company initiatives. Gather photos and video from properties, events, construction sites, and the community. Help coordinate social media campaigns and track engagement. Assist with website updates and keeping online property information current. Monitor digital marketing performance and provide basic reporting on leads, traffic, and engagement. Events & Agent Outreach Assist with planning and executing broker events, open houses, agent tours, community events, and special marketing events. Coordinate invitations, RSVPs, signage, refreshments, promotional materials, and follow-up. Help maintain relationships with local and Denver-area real estate agents. Assist with agent email campaigns and promotional outreach. Help coordinate property tours and VIP agent experiences. Sales Support Provide marketing support to the sales team and listing agents. Prepare materials for buyer presentations and property tours. Help ensure agents have current pricing, availability, floor plans, incentives, and community information. Track marketing leads and help route inquiries to the appropriate sales representative. Assist with follow-up campaigns and maintaining marketing databases. Administrative Support Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines. Coordinate with vendors, photographers, graphic designers, printers, builders, and other partners. Obtain quotes and help manage marketing-related invoices and expenses. Keep marketing projects organized and moving forward on schedule. Assist with other projects as needed by the marketing and sales leadership team. Ideal Candidate Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative with an eye for presentation, photography, and branding. Comfortable with social media platforms and digital marketing. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, or similar marketing tools. Strong attention to detail. Comfortable working independently while also supporting a team. Professional, positive, and responsive. Real estate, hospitality, marketing, or construction/development experience is a plus. Colorado real estate knowledge is helpful but not required. Success in This Role Success in this position means keeping marketing projects organized and on schedule, ensuring properties are presented professionally, increasing exposure and leads, supporting the sales team, and helping create memorable experiences for buyers and real estate agents.
