The Frontier Representative will engage with our customers in person, presenting Frontier Internet and TV as the upgrade their living room has been silently begging for. As a Frontier Representative, you bring a no-nonsense approach to connectivity and sales. The Frontier Representative works in person with our customers who are ready for a better experience, helping them understand their options and transition to Frontier's network with confidence. Since Frontier became part of Verizon, the combined network reaches every customer across the country, bringing fast, reliable internet to more families than ever. Responsibilities of the Frontier Representative Engage with our customers in person to understand their connectivity challenges and present Frontier's internet and TV as the community-trusted solution. Highlight Frontier's local impact on people by sharing how its services support neighborhood businesses, schools, and families with reliable connectivity. Close sales in person by framing Frontier's offerings as a way to support both personal and community needs, like streaming local events or working remotely. Provide hands-on guidance to help customers visualize how Frontier's services will improve their daily routines, from work to entertainment. Use storytelling to illustrate how Frontier's services have solved specific problems for other customers, making the benefits tangible. Offer flexible solutions that cater to diverse needs, whether it's a small apartment or a large family home. Qualifications of the Frontier Representative A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience in customer service, sales, or telecommunications is a plus, but not required. Resilient and optimistic mindset suited to the demands of a sales role. Goal-driven and focused on contributing to individual and team Frontier sales results. A high level of accountability and a collaborative spirit that strengthen sales outcomes.
