Job Description:
East Coast Tree Service is a fast-growing tree care company in Wilmington, DE, seeking motivated individuals to join our door-to-door sales team as Marketing Associates. You will engage directly with homeowners and businesses, offering tree maintenance and removal services. This is a self-driven, commission-based role — prior sales experience is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned neighborhoods and businesses to introduce and promote tree services. Educate potential customers about tree maintenance and removal options. Set appointments on-site. Represent East Coast Tree Service professionally at all times. Requirements /
Ideal Candidate:
Prior experience in door-to-door or outside sales strongly preferred Self-motivated and able to work independently Goal-oriented with strong communication skills Reliable transportation to assigned territories Comfortable working in a field-based sales environment
Compensation:
100% commission - uncapped earning potential Weekly or bi-weekly payout Performance-based incentives for top performers Work independently and be your own boss
Pay:
$700.00 - $1,500.00 per week
