This is a hands-on role in a unique outdoor environment where no two days are exactly the same. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, working as part of a team, and being outdoors . In addition to assisting customers in the shop, Shop Attendants play an important role in supporting our events and day-to-day operations throughout The Bamboo Grove. Responsibilities Provide friendly, helpful, and professional customer service Operate and manage the POS system , including processing card transactions Assist customers with purchases, products, and general questions Keep the shop clean, organized, stocked, and presentable Assist with opening and closing procedures Help maintain the overall appearance and organization of The Bamboo Grove Assist with event setup, breakdown, and event procedures Support the team during events and help ensure guests have a positive experience Work collaboratively with other team members across different areas of the property Assist with additional operational tasks as needed Follow company procedures and maintain a professional, positive attitude Qualifications & Requirements Must be 18 years or older Must be comfortable working outdoors in South Florida weather Weekend availability is required Reliable, punctual, and dependable Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers Strong communication and teamwork skills Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Able to stay organized and multitask Retail, customer service, hospitality, or similar experience is preferred, but not required Must be willing to assist with physical tasks related to shop operations and events, including setup and breakdown The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is: Energetic and hardworking Customer-friendly and outgoing Team-oriented Reliable and responsible Comfortable taking initiative Adaptable and able to handle a variety of tasks Comfortable spending their workday in an outdoor environment
