This is a full-time position with benefits, offering a base salary plus bonuses. Full-Time | Salary + Commission | Benefits Responsibilities

• Develop local marketing and community outreach opportunities.
• Follow up with new leads by phone, text, and email and help schedule consultations and appointments.
• Educate prospective clients about wellness services and programs and help convert interested prospects into wellness clients.
• Build relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, gyms, and community organizations.
• Assist with social media marketing, content ideas, promotions, and digital campaigns.
• Create or assist with ad copy and marketing messages for wellness programs and special offers.
• Assist with creating, launching, and monitoring Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Track leads, follow-ups, appointments, and marketing activity. Ideal Candidate
• Friendly, professional, organized, dependable, and comfortable speaking with people.
• Comfortable with marketing, sales, lead follow-up, and working toward growth goals.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising is strongly preferred.
• Experience with GoHighLevel, Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems, or similar marketing tools is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, marketing, sales, or customer service is preferred. Compensation & Benefits
