This position is focused on selling our event services, including robotic entertainment and technology-based experiences for corporate events, trade shows, exhibitions, private events, brand activations, and other special events. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the entire sales process — from the initial client inquiry through follow-up, closing the deal, and coordinating the client through the event preparation process. Responsibilities Respond to incoming leads and customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and CRM. Contact potential clients and identify their event needs, budget, location, date, and requirements. Present our event services and recommend the most appropriate package for each client. Prepare and send proposals, quotes, pricing options, and other sales materials. Conduct consistent follow-ups with leads until a final decision is made. Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines. Close deals and collect required information for contracts, deposits, and payments. Maintain communication with clients throughout the entire sales process. Coordinate confirmed events with the operations and event teams. Ensure all important event details are properly documented and communicated internally. Maintain accurate lead and deal information in the company CRM. Track open opportunities, follow-up dates, proposals, deposits, and upcoming events. Re-engage previous clients and leads to generate repeat business. Build long-term relationships with corporate clients, event planners, agencies, venues, and other partners. Meet individual sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue goals. What We Are Looking For Previous experience in sales, event sales, hospitality, entertainment, or B2B sales is preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable communicating with clients by phone and email. Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously. Organized and detail-oriented. Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline and prioritize opportunities. Positive, professional, and customer-focused communication style. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Basic experience with CRM systems is preferred. English fluency is required. Spanish fluency is required. About the Role This is not only a lead-generation position. The Sales Manager is expected to take ownership of each opportunity and manage the deal from the first conversation through closing and handoff to the event operations team. Our clients may include corporations, event agencies, trade shows, conferences, hotels, venues, private clients, and organizations looking for unique technology-driven entertainment. We are looking for someone who is proactive, persistent with follow-ups, comfortable closing deals, and motivated by sales results.
