$60,000/year + Performance Bonus About the Role Hollywood Diagnostics Center is seeking a motivated PIP Market Representative to grow and maintain referral relationships within the Personal Injury Protection (PIP) space. This role is responsible for driving patient volume through attorneys, chiropractors, medical clinics, and other referral sources in the South Florida market. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with attorneys, law firms, chiropractors, and medical providers who refer PIP/personal injury patients Conduct regular in-person visits to referral sources to promote the clinic's diagnostic imaging services Identify new business opportunities and expand the clinic's referral network Track referral activity and report on marketing/outreach performance Coordinate with front office and billing staff to ensure smooth patient intake and authorization processes for PIP cases Represent the clinic professionally at industry events, networking functions, and provider visits Maintain accurate records of referral sources and marketing activities (CRM or similar tracking) Requirements Previous experience in medical sales, marketing, or business development required (PIP/personal injury experience strongly preferred) Established relationships with attorneys, chiropractors, or medical providers in South Florida a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with field-based work Reliable transportation (role involves regular travel to referral sources) Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Compensation $60,000/year base + performance bonus
