We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help drive the growth of our business. The Marketing Coordinator will plan, organize, and coordinate marketing activities to increase the visibility and market presence of the leading brands we distribute, strengthen customer engagement, and generate new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and creative, with the ability to develop and execute initiatives across digital marketing, social media, events, trade shows, email campaigns, and other promotional activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide marketing support to the General Manager and Regional Sales Managers, assisting with planning, coordination, execution, and measurement of marketing initiatives. Support marketing programs, including digital marketing, content development, social media, events, customer communications, and brand awareness initiatives. Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, websites, social media, digital advertising, and direct marketing. Create, edit, and distribute professional marketing materials, presentations, email campaigns, customer communications, sales collateral, and other branded content. Plan and coordinate conferences, trade shows, and promotional events, managing logistics and ensuring efficient, timely, and successful execution. Collaborate with sales managers to support marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and contribute to sales growth.
Education & Experience:
Associate degree in marketing or communications, with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in marketing and/or communications. Proven experience coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, developing content, planning and managing events, and supporting brand awareness initiatives.
Skills Required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to create, edit, and deliver clear, engaging, and customer- focused content. Hands-on experience supporting marketing campaigns across digital channels, including email marketing, websites, social media, digital advertising, and lead generation programs. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with the ability to monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and identify opportunities for improvement. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and business partners in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
