Experienced Automotive BDC Representative / Manager-in-Training Taylor Hyundai of Augusta - Augusta, GA | Full-Time Taylor Hyundai is looking for an experienced automotive BDC professional who is ready for the next step in their career. We are building our in-house BDC department and are looking for someone who can not only produce results, but also help us develop and grow the department from the ground up. This is a hands-on position. You will initially handle internet leads, inbound and outbound calls, texts, emails, customer follow-up, and appointment setting. As the department grows, the right person will have the opportunity to help develop processes, train additional representatives, track performance, and potentially grow into a BDC Manager/Director position .
