Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with ag-industry clients and selling our comprehensive suite of marketing solutions, including advanced digital advertising products, print options, and targeted campaigns. You will manage a territory, meet with clients face-to-face, and help them develop marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with agricultural equipment dealers, service providers, and other industry businesses. Sell integrated marketing solutions with an emphasis on digital advertising products. Conduct in-person client visits, product presentations, and strategy meetings. Identify customer needs and recommend tailored marketing solutions. Manage the sales process from prospecting to close. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide timely reports to management. Represent Fastline Marketing Group at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities. Qualifications Proven outside sales experience; experience in agricultural or marketing sales a plus. Strong knowledge of digital marketing solutions and advertising trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory. Typically 4 - 8 overnights per month. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. What We Offer Base salary + uncapped commission earning potential.
