Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and organized Events and Promotions Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone interested in gaining practical experience in marketing, promotions, customer engagement, event operations, and business development. The Events and Promotions Assistant will support promotional events and retail marketing activities while working closely with team members and management. Training is provided to help qualified candidates learn the responsibilities of the position and develop professionally. Job Responsibilities Assist with promotional events, retail marketing activities, and trade shows Support event preparation, setup, and breakdown Prepare promotional materials, displays, and event supplies Maintain and organize event inventory and materials Follow event schedules, timelines, and company procedures Assist with daily promotional activities and event operations Interact professionally with customers and provide information about products or services Communicate event updates, questions, and operational needs to management Participate in team meetings and training sessions Work effectively with team members to complete event responsibilities Assist with onboarding and training new team members as experience increases Help maintain a professional, organized, and positive event environment Provide feedback to management regarding customer interactions and event activities Qualifications Required Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills Dependable and professional work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned responsibilities Willingness to learn new skills and procedures Positive and professional attitude Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment Preferred Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, promotions, or events Experience working in a team or leadership environment Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, hospitality, or a related field Previous event or marketing experience is not required. Training is provided for qualified candidates. Career Development This position provides hands-on experience in marketing, promotions, customer service, event operations, and team communication. Work Environment The position involves working at retail events, promotional locations, and trade shows.
