Job Description
Focus Channel Communications (Shared Resource) Serve as the marketing team's dedicated point of contact for Channel Sales, managing day-to-day communications with partners Draft, schedule, and distribute partner newsletters, program updates, and co-marketing announcements Coordinate incoming partner marketing requests, MDF/co-op documentation, and asset fulfillment Maintain the partner portal and resource library so current materials are easy to find Event & Tradeshow Logistics Own end-to-end logistics for tradeshows, partner events, and internal meetings — booth shipping, registration, signage, swag, and staffing schedules Serve as the on-site point of contact for booth setup, breakdown, and day-of execution Manage vendor relationships for event services (booth build, printing, promotional items) and track event budgets and timelines Support post-event recaps and ROI reporting including the review and coordination of post event lead distribution and processing Email & Social Execution Build, schedule, and send email campaigns — newsletters, nurture, and promotional — in the marketing automation platform Schedule and publish approved social media content across channels Monitor and report on basic email and social performance metrics Ensure all outgoing communications follow rf IDEAS brand standards Program Management (Larger Initiatives) Run day-to-day project management for cross-functional marketing initiatives such as website redesigns, ABM campaigns, and other multi-quarter programs Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reporting; lead kickoffs, check-ins, and retrospectives Coordinate internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Content Specialist) and outside partners to keep initiatives on schedule and on budget Flag risks, dependencies, and resourcing gaps early, and drive them to resolution Agency & Vendor Management Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for marketing agencies and freelance/contract resources (design, web development, PR, and similar) Manage scopes of work, timelines, deliverables, and invoicing for outside partners Help evaluate agency and vendor performance and support selection of new partners as needed Essential Physical Functions Ability to travel to tradeshows and events, including lifting and moving booth materials up to 25-40 lbs Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods Must be able to communicate through email, phone, instant messaging, video conferencing, and in person Experience, Education & Behaviors Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred 2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, channel/partner marketing, event management, or project management; B2B or technology industry experience a plus Experience running or supporting cross-functional projects (e.g., website redesigns, campaign launches) a plus Comfortable managing agency and vendor relationships, including scope, timeline, and budget accountability Highly organized and able to balance shared-resource demands across Marketing and Channel Sales Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana), a CMS platform, and marketing automation/email tools Strong written communication for both partner-facing and internal audiences Proactive and flexible — comfortable moving fluidly between tactical execution and larger program oversight None specified.
