BDC / Sales Support Representative Driven Auto of Waukegan - Waukegan, IL Driven Auto of Waukegan is looking for a motivated, energetic BDC / Sales Support Representative to join our team! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, setting appointments, and generating sales opportunities—but is also comfortable stepping onto the sales floor, assisting sales staff, taking customers on test drives, and helping move deals forward. What You'll Do Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, texts, and internet leads Follow up with potential customers and set appointments Confirm appointments and work to increase showroom traffic Greet customers and assist with their initial visit Work alongside the sales team to help customers through the buying process Take customers on test drives Assist sales staff on the showroom floor when needed Follow up with customers after appointments and test drives Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks in the CRM Help create a positive and professional customer experience Work toward appointment, sales, and performance goals What We're Looking For Previous BDC, automotive sales, customer service, or phone-sales experience preferred Strong communication and customer-service skills Comfortable making outbound calls and sending texts Must be comfortable working on the sales floor and taking test drives Motivated by goals and earning potential Professional, dependable, and punctual Able to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required Bilingual is a plus

Schedule & Shift Requirements Hours:

Full-Time. Shift includes coverage until 7:30 PM .

Weekends:

Every other Saturday is required.

Compensation & Benefits Pay Structure:
