Job Description
Position Overview The Marketing & Plumber Relations Coordinator will be responsible for developing relationships with local plumbing professionals, promoting our services, and supporting ongoing job coordination. This is a field-based marketing role requiring strong communication and relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities Visit plumbing supply houses to set up promotional booths and represent our company Recruit and build relationships with new plumbing partners Communicate regularly with plumbers regarding new and ongoing jobs Meet with plumbing partners to update information and assist with onboarding/setup Develop, create, and distribute monthly promotions Maintain accurate contact records and partnership updates Represent the company professionally in all interactions Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable with in-person marketing and relationship-building Organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Marketing or sales experience preferred (restoration or construction industry experience is a plus) Valid driver's license What We Offer Competitive pay & Commissions Performance bonuses Company vehicle Company phone Growth opportunities within the company Supportive team environment
