We are seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator and Video Content Creator to own our brand presence and produce the video and photo content behind it. This position combines hands-on videography with marketing program management, reporting to executive leadership. The work spans product and display footage, social media, customer loyalty programs, and support materials for our seasonal retail operators. Fireworks make for uncommonly good source material. A candidate who can shoot it well and build an audience around it will have room to shape how this brand is seen. Responsibilities Video and Photography Plan, shoot, and edit video content covering product, displays, warehouse operations, and retail locations Produce short-form vertical video for social platforms along with longer-form pieces for web and email use Capture and edit product photography for e-commerce, wholesale materials, and advertising Manage footage organization, file storage, and the content archive Coordinate shoot logistics across company locations and around seasonal display schedules Marketing Manage and grow company social media accounts, including content calendar, posting, and community engagement Build and distribute seasonal post-packets and marketing materials for retail tent operators Administer the VIP and customer loyalty programs Develop promotional campaigns supporting retail and wholesale sales objectives Track content and campaign performance and report results to leadership Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels Required Qualifications Some experience in videography, content production, or digital marketing A portfolio or reel demonstrating shooting and editing work Proficiency with video editing software Working knowledge of photo editing and basic graphic design Hands-on experience managing business social media accounts Strong written communication and copywriting ability Ability to work independently, manage a shooting schedule, and meet publishing deadlines Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Preferred Qualifications Degree or coursework in marketing, communications, film, or a related field Night and low-light shooting experience Familiarity with email marketing platforms and paid social advertising Motion graphics or animation skills Background in retail, consumer products, or event marketing

Pay:
$17-23/hr based on experience and qualifications
Hours:
Approximately hours range between 10-30 hrs per week, with a flexible schedule set around shoot and campaign needs
Work Location:
In person, based in Osage City with possible travel to our Topeka office, Mound City store, and seasonal retail sites
Physical Requirements:
Ability to carry and set up camera equipment, work outdoors in varying weather, and shoot on location during evening display events; occasional lifting
Seasonal Note:
Business activity peaks from May through early July. Hours increase during this stretch, and availability across the peak season is essential to the role
Pay:
$17.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 30.0 per week
