We're looking for an outgoing, creative, true jack of all trades to join our thriving wellness practice in Louisville, KY as our Chiropractic Assistant / Marketing Coordinator! This role is perfect for someone who's flexible, loves variety, and sees marketing everywhere, from a killer Instagram reel to the way our team makes a first time patient feel welcome. You'll wear a lot of hats here, and we love that about this role. You'll be cross trained across marketing, patient care, clinical support, and front desk operations, so no two days look exactly the same. What You'll Do Marketing (Internal & External) Own our social media presence, creating reels, posts, educational clips, and patient success stories that build a real community online Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services and grow our reach throughout Louisville Brainstorm and lead internal marketing initiatives, think patient appreciation events, in office promotions, referral programs, and creative ways to keep our current patients engaged and excited Track engagement and content performance, and bring fresh ideas to the table regularly Build relationships with local businesses and community groups to expand our brand presence Patient Experience Orient new patients to the practice, walking them through what to expect and how to get the most from their care Bring your people skills to every interaction; patients should leave feeling like they matter (because they do!) Be cross trained on front desk operations, including check in/out, scheduling, and phones, so you can step in and support the team whenever needed Clinical & Administrative Support Assist the doctors with notes and keep medical records organized and current Help guide patients through exercises and therapy movements, coaching proper form when needed Manage inventory, including tracking supplies, restocking, and placing orders Jump in wherever the team needs support to keep the day running smoothly What We're Looking For A bubbly, outgoing personality; you genuinely enjoy people and it shows Flexibility and willingness to be cross trained across multiple roles; this is a true jack of all trades position A creative eye for social media and content creation (tell us your platforms of choice!)
