This position is primarily focused on weekend farmers markets , with additional opportunities to work at festivals, popups, beer events, and other offsite events throughout the year. What You'll Do Transport products, tents, coolers, tables, and other equipment to and from markets Set up and break down our farmers market booth Greet customers, provide samples, explain our products, and make sales Process transactions and keep the booth organized, stocked, and inviting Safely handle and maintain frozen products throughout the market Represent The Fox Den in a friendly and professional way What We're Looking For Reliable, outgoing, and comfortable talking with customers Able to work independently and take ownership of running a market booth Available on weekends, including mornings Able to safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs Valid driver's license and comfortable driving to markets and events Ideally has a reliable vehicle with enough space to transport a pop-up tent, several coolers, and other market equipment; otherwise, must be comfortable driving our company van Comfortable working outdoors in typical farmers market conditions Restaurant, retail, farmers market, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

Part-time, primarily weekends. Hours vary based on market and event schedules. If you enjoy events, there are also opportunities to pick up additional shifts representing The Fox Den at festivals, popups, and other events throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Base pay is $15/hr, farmers markets include commission per bag sold as well as a bag to trade with another vendor at each market.

Pay:

$15.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 20.0 per week
