This entry-level position is ideal for a motivated self-starter who is eager to learn the business of sports media sales and grow into a client-facing revenue role. Responsibilities Assist the sales team with prospect research, client outreach, and scheduling meetings. Help prepare proposals, presentations, and media kits tailored to client needs. Maintain sales databases, track campaigns, and ensure accurate reporting. Coordinate with internal teams (programming, marketing, production) to support the delivery of advertising campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and compile reports for clients and internal stakeholders. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales leadership team. Stay current on sports media trends, advertising innovations, and competitive landscape. Contribute ideas for and create collateral for sponsorship packages, branded content, and ad opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (internship or equivalent experience in sales/marketing a plus). Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM or sales software is a plus. Eagerness to learn advertising sales and sports media business. Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Passion for sports and entertainment.
