On-site / In-person About the Opportunity We are an established, rapidly expanding wealth management firm seeking a sharp, organized individual to manage our multi-channel marketing and support high-touch client service. This role sits at the intersection of modern multimedia marketing and professional financial practice operations. You will run point on content production (video, audio, social media) while acting as a welcoming point of contact for our valued clients. If you have a solid creative foundation, natural tech curiosity, and take genuine pride in clean execution, we will train you on our specific processes, software, and industry frameworks. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Digital Marketing (Approx. 60-70% of time)

Media Production:

Assist with on-site recording setup (camera, microphone, lighting) and edit short-form educational videos, client spotlights, and podcast episodes.

Channel Distribution:

Repurpose media into bite-sized clips, graphics, and written takeaways; schedule and publish posts across YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook for Business, and email channels.

Compliance Workflow:

Submit created content into our compliance portal, track required disclosures/edits, implement revisions promptly, and maintain organized documentation.

Modern Tooling:

Use AI productivity tools, transcription platforms, and social scheduling software to streamline production workflows. Client Service & Relationship Support (Approx. 30-40% of time) Deliver a warm, professional first impression for clients visiting our office or calling by phone. Assist with client onboarding packets, meeting preparation materials, and CRM record updates. Coordinate client appreciation touches (e.g., quarterly newsletters, birthday outreach, seminar/event logistics). Handle day-to-day administrative follow-through to ensure client requests are completed accurately and on time.

Who You Are Tech-Proficient:

Confident with core digital tools (Google Workspace, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Business Manager, Facebook Meta Suite, and modern AI tools like ChatGPT or transcription editors).

Foundational Media Skills:

Hands-on experience editing audio and video (familiarity with CapCut, Descript, Premiere, Camtasia, or similar platforms). You do not need to be a Hollywood director, but you must know how to trim clips, sync clean audio, and add clean captions.

Detail-Oriented & Dependable:

Punctual, proactive, highly organized, and committed to double-checking work before it ships.

Client-First Demeanor:

Friendly, polished communication skills with absolute discretion regarding confidential financial matters.

Coachability:

Eager to learn the nuances of financial services marketing, compliance guidelines, and operational software.
