Job Summary We're looking for a motivated, organized, and creative person to work alongside a growing real estate business focused on luxury sales, new construction, development and growth. This is not a traditional administrative position. You'll work directly with the owner and help build the marketing and systems behind the business. You'll help with: Social media & content Listing and new-construction marketing CRM, organization & follow-up Open houses and events Recruiting & business growth AI and technology We're looking for someone who is creative, organized, tech-savvy, self-motivated and eager to build something. Part-time to start, approximately 16-20 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a larger role as the business expands. Real estate, marketing or business experience is a plus, but the right person and attitude matter more. Competitive compensation based on experience.
