Event Setup Staff

Position Overview Event Setup Staff are responsible for preparing the venue for weddings, golf outings, and special events. This role is essential in ensuring each event space is organized, clean, and set precisely according to event diagrams and client specifications. Responsibilities Set up and arrange tables, chairs, linens, décor, and event equipment Follow detailed floor plans to ensure accurate room layout Assist with loading/unloading décor and rental items Maintain cleanliness of event spaces, restrooms, and common areas Tear down and reset venue following events Work closely with event managers to meet timeline requirements Qualifications Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends Prior event setup or hospitality experience preferred but not required

From $5.49 per hour
