All That Glitters is building a small team of reliable, outgoing people to help with private parties, corporate events, pop-ups and interactive experiences throughout the Twin Cities. Opportunities happen weekdays, evenings and weekends, and you choose the shifts that work for you. All That Glitters is a West Metro-based experience boutique offering permanent jewelry, Charm Bar, Scent Bar and other interactive experiences. Our events range from small private parties and local pop-ups to large corporate activations.

What you might do:

Welcome guests and help create a fun, polished experience Help guests select jewelry, charms or other experience options Assist with guest flow, lines and waitlists Organize and restock event materials Help with setup, teardown, packing and unpacking Work occasional 2-3 hour event-prep shifts Learn additional hands-on event roles as appropriate You may be a great fit if you: Are dependable and punctual Enjoy talking with and helping people Stay calm and organized when things get busy Can follow an established process while also noticing where help is needed Are comfortable working independently and as part of a small team Don't mind pitching in with both guest-facing and behind-the-scenes work Have reliable transportation and are comfortable traveling to locations throughout the Twin Cities metro Are comfortable standing for several hours and assisting with event supplies Experience in events, hospitality, retail or customer service is helpful, but jewelry experience is not required. Training is provided. Pay & scheduling: $20/hour for introductory/training shifts $22/hour once trained as an Event Experience Assistant 2-hour minimum pay for scheduled shifts No required weekly hours Shifts vary based on upcoming events and business needs Opportunities may include weekday daytime, weekday evening, Friday and weekend shifts Additional higher-paid opportunities may become available for team members who develop specialized skills or take on event-lead responsibilities This is especially well suited to someone who already has a job, freelance or self-employed work, school, family responsibilities or another schedule and would like flexible supplemental work without committing to the same hours every week.

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 1.0 - 10.0 per week
