Our team is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to support individuals and couples on their fertility journey. Job Summary Mississippi Reproductive Medicine is seeking a dynamic, organized, and creative professional to serve as our Administrative Assistant / Marketing Coordinator. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in both operational support and creative marketing, and is passionate about supporting a fast-paced, patient-centered clinic. This individual will play a key role in supporting daily administrative needs for our physicians and office manager while also leading our marketing efforts and social media presence. We are specifically seeking a self-starter and motivated individual who is comfortable taking initiative. This role will be relied upon to bring fresh ideas and help grow the clinic's presence in meaningful ways. Responsibilities Assist with daily administrative tasks supporting clinic physicians and the office manager. Help coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications. Provide general office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Serve as a reliable point of contact for administrative needs across both clinic locations. Develop and manage a consistent social media calendar. Create engaging, on-brand content (graphics, captions, short-form video, etc.) Design marketing and advertising materials (digital and print). Identify opportunities to enhance visibility and patient engagement. Qualifications Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask efficiently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel as well as proficient in tools like Canva, Instagram, and basic marketing platforms. Comfortable working in a professional healthcare environment.Benefits:
