Our company is hiring an Entry Level Retail Marketing and Sales Assistant to join our expanding team in Mandan, ND. This full-time, in-person position is a strong opportunity for candidates interested in retail marketing, sales support, customer service, promotional marketing, brand awareness, and customer engagement. In this role, you will represent client brands in retail and event-based environments, speak directly with customers, explain product and service options, and support local marketing campaigns. You will receive hands-on training and work with a team that values professionalism, communication, consistency, and a positive customer experience. Retail Marketing and Sales Assistant Responsibilities Represent client brands in retail, promotional, and event-based settings throughout the Bismarck and Mandan area Engage with customers in person and provide a friendly, professional experience Explain product and service information clearly and accurately Assist customers with questions, product details, service options, and sign-up processes Support retail marketing campaigns, brand awareness initiatives, and customer acquisition efforts Help organize promotional displays, campaign materials, and event setup as needed Maintain accurate customer and campaign information using internal systems Gather customer feedback to help improve campaign performance and customer experience Work with team members to meet daily and weekly marketing and sales goals Participate in ongoing training focused on customer service, sales support, brand promotion, and campaign execution Key Qualifications Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, sales, marketing, promotions, events, or other customer-facing roles is helpful but not required Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Comfortable speaking with customers in person Strong organization, time management, and follow-through Ability to work full-time hours in person in the Bismarck and Mandan, ND area Reliable transportation to assigned retail and event locations Must be legally authorized to work in the United States We are committed to fostering a workplace where our employees can learn, grow, and succeed.
