Successful candidates will have:

Prior rare coin, bullion, precious metals, or self-directed IRA sales experience A proven ability to prospect, close, and develop lasting client relationships Strong telephone sales skills The discipline and ambition to produce at a high level An ownership mentality and a genuine commitment to success An existing book of business is strongly valued but not required. Brokers who bring established client relationships will qualify for an enhanced compensation structure.
