About the Role GK3 Capital is looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Account Coordinator to join our Client Strategy Team. This is an entry-level marketing position designed for someone who has a foundation in marketing and is ready to build hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment. You do not need to be an expert in every area of digital marketing. We are looking for someone who understands basic marketing concepts, is eager to learn, communicates well, stays organized, and wants to build a career in marketing. You'll work closely with our Marketing Strategists while collaborating with our Paid Media, Creative, Content, SEO, Development, CRM, and Marketing Automation teams. The Marketing Account Coordinator plays an important role in keeping client projects organized, tracking deadlines and deliverables, coordinating work across internal teams, and helping ensure campaigns move forward accurately and on schedule. You'll gain exposure to multiple marketing channels while developing the skills needed to take on greater client-facing and strategic responsibilities over time. What You'll Do Support Marketing Strategists with day-to-day client account coordination, campaign execution, deliverables, and follow-up Help manage project timelines, internal deadlines, approvals, and next steps Prepare for client meetings by helping organize agendas, presentations, reporting, notes, action items, and follow-up materials Participate in client meetings and internal strategy sessions Track action items and help ensure client and internal commitments are completed on time Assist with social media calendars, content coordination, scheduling, approvals, and campaign support Support paid search, paid social, and programmatic campaigns by coordinating assets, tracking campaign needs, and assisting with performance reporting Assist with email marketing campaigns, nurture programs, lists, campaign calendars, testing, approvals, and reporting Coordinate the development of blogs, ebooks, landing pages, presentations, thought leadership, and other marketing content Help coordinate website updates, landing pages, SEO projects, and other digital initiatives Assist with gathering campaign data and preparing client reports and presentations Monitor marketing performance and help identify trends or information that should be brought to the Marketing Strategist's attention Conduct competitor, industry, audience, and marketing research to support client strategy Collaborate with Creative, Paid Media, Content, Development, SEO, CRM, and Marketing Automation teams Review client-facing materials for accuracy, consistency, and completeness Develop an understanding of each client's business, audience, goals, campaigns, and marketing priorities Proactively communicate project status, missing information, potential roadblocks, and next steps Learn how different digital marketing channels work together as part of a larger client strategy Take on increasing responsibility as your marketing knowledge, client communication skills, and strategic capabilities develop What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience 0-2 years of marketing or related experience, including internships, freelance work, campus organizations, or relevant marketing projects A foundational understanding of marketing and digital marketing concepts Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Strong follow-through and the ability to keep projects moving forward Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities Genuine interest in building a career in marketing Interest in learning social media, paid media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, websites, analytics, CRM, and marketing automation Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple teams Ability to take direction, ask thoughtful questions, apply feedback, and become increasingly independent over time Willingness to learn new platforms, marketing tools, and technologies Positive, proactive, and client-focused attitude Ability to work in person at our Robbinsville, NJ office Preferred Experience Marketing internship, entry-level marketing experience, or relevant college marketing projects Agency or client-services exposure Familiarity with HubSpot or another CRM or marketing automation platform Exposure to Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid media platforms Social media management or content scheduling experience Familiarity with email marketing platforms Exposure to marketing reporting or analytics Interest in financial services marketing Prior financial services experience is not required .
