Door-to-door Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are hiring motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Outside Sales & Marketing Representatives in the home improvement industry. In this role, you'll engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods and at community events to introduce Patriot Home Solutions and the services we offer. This is not a closing or cold-calling role , your primary responsibility is to start conversations, generate interest, and schedule qualified in-home estimates for our sales team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, meeting new people, and building valuable communication and sales skills. Responsibilities:

Canvass designated neighborhoods door-to-door and attend local events Engage with homeowners and introduce our services Generate interest and schedule qualified appointments Track daily activity and performance Represent the company professionally and positively

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and self-motivation Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods Reliable and consistent Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willing to work evenings and weekends

Compensation & Benefits:
