Marketing Coordinator La Salle High School - 3.7 Cincinnati, OH Job Details Full-time $50,000 - $55,000 a year 3 hours ago Qualifications Photography Social media management Bachelor's degree Communications Copywriting Full Job Description Overview La Salle High School is seeking an organized, creative, and motivated Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of the school's marketing, social media, communications, and brand initiatives. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and Communications, this full-time position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to support school events and maximize productivity. This role plays a key part in promoting the school's mission, programs, events, and community through engaging digital content, multimedia storytelling, campaign support, and live event production. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience in social media management, content creation, photography/videography, digital marketing analytics, and A/V operations. This individual should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across departments, covering school events, supporting live productions, and helping maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence. Responsibilities Manage and maintain the school's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube, by creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content such as graphics, photography, video, reels, and written copy Support paid and organic social media campaigns by tracking engagement and performance metrics while capturing photo and video content at school events, student activities, and community functions Develop, design, approve, produce, and distribute marketing materials (social, print,etc.) in partnership with various departments Manage website updates and digital content management Support media relations efforts by helping prepare content, stories, announcements, and promotional materials Prepare and edit school publications for internal and external audiences Maintain the school's image and identity, while ensuring all communication is cohesive with the brand image Maintain organized digital asset libraries including photography, video, graphics, and templates Stay current on social media trends, digital tools, and emerging marketing strategies Manage and produce A/V operations for WLSN live streams at home football and basketball games, ensuring high-quality broadcasts and reliable event execution Provide A/V support and operational readiness for school productions and events, including the weekly Coach Pat Show, Mass, the Sports Stag, the Camelot Auction, and other campus events as needed Other duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing and Communications Education and Experience Bachelor's degree 3-5 years of experience Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, digital media, or a related field preferred 3-5 years of experience in marketing preferred Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools Experience with photography, videography, and video editing platforms Familiarity with social media analytics and paid social advertising Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Availability to work evenings and weekends for school events Technical Skills/Preferred Platforms Adobe Creative Suite Canva Final Cut Pro or Premiere Pro Meta Business Suite Google Analytics CMS/website platforms Live streaming or audio/visual equipment experience Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
