Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events including fundraisers, community outreach programs, group rides, etc... Manage all aspects of event logistics such as entertainment coordination, guest management, and technical setup using event management software. Oversee managing event budgets by tracking expenses, negotiating contracts with vendors, and ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution while maintaining high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction. Lead a team of staff or volunteers during events, providing clear direction and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently. Requirements Proven experience in event marketing, planning, or management within the hospitality or related industries. Proficiency in social media platforms and familiarity with event management software platforms. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines through excellent time management skills. Exceptional communication skills for client interaction, team coordination, and vendor negotiations. Ability to lead teams confidently while fostering a collaborative environment; previous team leadership experience preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in contract review, guest services, and event setup procedures.
