Full Job Description Position Information:

NWHSU is seeking an Advancement & Marketing Coordinator to support a wide range of fundraising, marketing, alumni engagement, and event initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented, collaborative professional with an interest in nonprofit advancement and marketing. Working across multiple systems and projects, this role helps strengthen relationships with alumni, donors, patients, and community partners while supporting measurable outcomes in fundraising, events, and marketing.Work Location:
Bloomington, MN with flexibility to work 1-2 days per week remotely; must live local and be able to come to campus as neededDuties:
Maintain and optimize CRM data by updating contact records, monitoring system integrations, and ensuring data quality across platforms. Create standard CRM reports and leverage data to improve fundraising, alumni engagement, and marketing performance. Manage automated communications to support targeted marketing and engagement. Coordinate marketing and fundraising campaigns by preparing print and digital communications, managing online giving forms, QR codes, email/text campaigns, and supporting USPS mailings. Manage donor and alumni stewardship activities by responding to inquiries, coordinating tours and meetings, supporting stewardship communications and reports, and assisting with donor recognition initiatives. Support event execution by assisting with setup, guest experience, speakers, vendors, booth operations, and basic AV support. Develop and distribute event communications and promotional materials. Oversee event resources and inventory. What you need to have? Bachelors degree, required 3-5 years experience in a nonprofit organization, clinic, or university with exposure to fundraising, marketing, patient and donor databases, preferred CRM system exposure, preferred Ability to move in and out of various software, such as websites, e-mail, donor and event systems to support integration, where feasible Ability to multi-task, organize workflows, and manage multiple projects Strong attention to detail Data analytics and reporting experience Does this sound like the type of role you could excel in?
