In this role, you will be the key liaison between our dealership and potential clients, leveraging your sales expertise to connect high-end automobile buyers with their perfect vehicle. Your passion for automotive sales, combined with exceptional communication skills and a talent for negotiation, will drive our growth and customer satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales career while working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities Engage in outside sales activities by prospecting new clients through cold calling, networking, and community outreach to expand our customer base Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying leads, qualifying prospects, and nurturing relationships with B2B partners and individual buyers Conduct effective negotiations to close high-end vehicle deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction for clients and the dealership Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, manage inventory, and support sales support activities Upsell additional services such as warranties, financing options, and accessories to maximize deal value Present compelling product demonstrations and public speaking engagements to promote our vehicle offerings at events or meetings Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure optimal stock levels and accurate inventory control for high-demand models Experience Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or automotive sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively in high-end sales environments Experience using CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines Familiarity with dealership operations, inventory management, retail math, and automotive terminology Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (multilingual/bilingual abilities are a plus) and outstanding phone etiquette Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously Join us as a Car Broker/Marketing Representative and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional automotive solutions!
