Matty's Room was founded by Ellen and Linda, who helped build Ruggable from its earliest days into a category-defining consumer brand. Matty's Room is their second time building from zero—and this time, they're doing it as founders. Launched in late 2025, Matty's Room has grown quite a lot, reached profitability, and continues to expand rapidly. We're now entering the next stage: scaling inventory, expanding our product line, building our team, and growing into new marketing channels. The Role We're looking for a creative, analytical marketer who loves turning ideas into content. You don't need to be a trained graphic designer, but you should have a strong visual eye, be comfortable in Canva, and be excited to learn the ins and outs of email, social, and performance marketing. You'll work directly with a Co-Founder and Co-CEO to develop and test creative across paid ads, email, and social—and use performance data to decide what we make next. What You'll Do Like any early-stage role, the scope will be broad. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership quickly, experiment across channels, and shape the role around both your strengths and the areas where you want to grow. Own Creative Testing Process and Execution Help build and manage our marketing and creative calendar Turn campaign ideas into on-brand creative using Canva and other tools Build a strong library of creative across paid ads, email, social, and other channels Develop new creative concepts and variations to test Work with CEO on direction, budgeting, and planning of photoshoots and videoshoots Track creative performance across platforms and use the data to inform what we make next Learn what resonates with our customers and continuously iterate on winning ideas Own Email Marketing Help own our email marketing calendar, from campaign idea to execution Build, test, and optimize our automated email flows Brainstorm campaigns, promotions, product launches, and other ways to engage our customers Develop new creative and messaging approaches and test what performs Review email performance and use those learnings to improve future campaigns
