Located in Aloha, Oregon, ETP produces a diverse season of innovative productions ranging from classic mysteries and immersive comedies to original works, live music, and culturally significant theatre. We're looking for a creative storyteller who can help us share our mission, connect with new audiences, and grow our community throughout the Portland metro area. Position Summary The Marketing & Content Coordinator is responsible for creating engaging content that promotes Experience Theatre Project's productions, events, and mission. Working closely with the Artistic Director and leadership team, this person will develop and execute a year-round content strategy designed to increase ticket sales, strengthen community engagement, and grow brand awareness. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys photography, video, writing, social media, and live theatre. Primary Responsibilities Content Creation Capture photos and short-form video during rehearsals, performances, and special events. Edit photos and videos for use across digital platforms. Write engaging social media captions, blog posts, and promotional copy. Create graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Develop content that tells the story behind each production, including interviews with artists, behind-the-scenes features, and audience testimonials. Social Media Management Maintain and execute ETP's content calendar. Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. Monitor comments and messages and respond as appropriate. Track engagement and identify opportunities to improve performance. Stay current on social media trends and recommend new ideas. Marketing Support Assist with email marketing campaigns. Update website content and event pages. Coordinate production marketing timelines. Help prepare print materials, posters, brochures, and promotional assets. Assist with paid advertising campaigns and campaign reporting. Community Engagement Promote auditions, volunteer opportunities, and fundraising events. Coordinate cross-promotion with community partners and local businesses. Attend community events as needed to represent Experience Theatre Project.
